i still get a sick feeling when i think about all the cards i had as a kid that my parents gave away...i had over 10k cards all from 1999-2002, had them all in binders amount of money that got robbed from me...making me depressed just thinking about it

Seeing the grades come back for the really bad condition cards are so funny I always wonder what the people grading the cards are thinking when they grade them then see the mint condition cards if I could get anyone of my cards graded it would be my holographic snorlax from the first edition jungle set

I used to mark my cards as a kid to keep them from mixing up with the other kids and would love to see how they’d be graded. They’re from the Heart Gold Soul Silver era.

I'd love to get my old school base set holos graded even though they're in rough shape. It would just be awesome to have the cards I pulled as a kid protected in slabs.

My original base set Charizard. Not first edition or anything, has a tiny bit of whitening around the bottom edge, but other than that, it's in damn good shape. I'm 33 and sharing this passion with my 7 year old son now, but these things got me through a lot in my absolutely terrible and lonely childhood. It's a joy to watch other people open these things since I absolutely can't afford original base sets, but man that rush I used to get is unmatched. Thank you for everything you do. I know it's weird, but it means more than you know to some people.

I love these grading videos so much and it’s hilarious you sent such bad condition ones in! I have so many I want to get graded but I’d probably want to do all my eiscue cards because he’s my favorite little guy

If I had to choose, I'd grade my jungle base set pikachu. It was my very first card ever, and I recently got into pokemon again and ended up finding it coincidentally... I thought I had sold it with my collection when I was ten, which I deeply regret now 🙃

I would grade my full art Marnie. I hunted it for two years and my friend and I both pulled it at the same time while opening packs together. A truly magical moment to reveal two of the same card at the same time!

The front of the pikachu is clearly skewed towards the left. The right border is clearly thicker, the bottom looks slightly thick as well. 10 requires perfect 50/50 in both directions on front, 9.5 requires 55/45 in one direction and 50/50 in the other, 9 is 55/45 in both directions. For the back, 9.5 and 10 both require 60/40 or better and 9 requires 70/30 or better.

I have a shadowless zard, bent and scratched was my first holo ever. I sent it off a year ago and it returned as a PSA 2 to my surprise! I would never part with it, it will keep the memory of alive for so many years to come.
