What a great looking chassis. Best looking on the market by far. What I like most about it would also be the reason I wouldn’t buy one…the flat profile. It looks so clean though. I really do like the look.

However, since I started sim acing in 2016 I prefer to have almost unlimited mounting options like my P1x has. I’ve changed things around a lot over the years. Added and removed and re configured so much hardware that I want as many mounting points I can get. I even outgrew a GT1 EVO a few years ago.

Its dope that you can pick a custom colour. Im going to try get some vinyl wrap to replicate the flat side effect. May look shit but only one way to find out 😂

Thanks for the review. I am currently researching a first-time build. There is a strong chance I will buy this rig. I especially like the adjustable steering column as I need to be able to adjust things quickly for my daughter. I am also looking at the Trak Racer Alpine TRX as it is very quickly adjustable but seems to have way more flex than I would like. If I buy the ASR I will be sure to use your link. Thx

fantastic looking chassis right there. i definitely should have gone ASR instead of 6-sigma, which uses the Euro spec extrusion. Kind of hard to justify getting a whole new chassis at this point though.

Since you have had this for a while, do you still feel the same? Still happy with it? Would you still pick this over the ASR 6 with the PRO wheel deck? Did you ever get a D-Box and mount it? If so, any issues?

Definitely considering this over the p1x because of the customization for wheel and pedals. Curious how you would mount a d-box or other motion systems to this. I think they normally mount to the outward face of extruded aluminum bases correct? Are there other mounting options that would allow for it to be mounted on the ASR pro?

The price is STEEP my gawd. The flat surfaces look cool but yeah losing functionality is a bummer. Cool to see a little innovation though. As you summarized, it might be nice for the right customer but I'm not one of them. Seeing it in Aston Martin green would be hard to look away from.

So I’m assuming you mounted peripherals via Monitor mount? I have Smart flags, Laptimer replica, Lumirank replica and an extra extrusion for my carbon mounted stream deck. That was the main thing that made me stick with the ASR 6. Plus Mark at ASR took care of me! Just sold my Next Level FGT Elite now it’s time for the true elite.

Ideally tho, you’d want to get rid of the three screens and go with a VR display….
