Although there were 150, 000 troops, only 80, 000 Chinese soldiers actually defended Nanking, excluding support personnel and non-belligerent peripheral forces. Among them, 30, 000 temporary recruits were recruited, and the real elite troops were only about 50, 000. At least 30, 000 of the soldiers in Nanking were successfully evacuated, and about 50, 000 soldiers were killed in battle or were collectively executed by the Japanese after surrendering.

according to wikipedia the battle was fought in December, not November. Japan had 200k soldiers, not 45k
