As far as videos to actually make, I like product reviews and life hacks and tips. Those aren't super time consuming to produce and will help others discover your channel. Use relevant key words, and be sure to add closed captioning. That helps with the Google algorithm. For anyone shy about being "on camera" - just keep on plugging away and trying to improve. My persona has improved drastically over the past 6 months and I'm learning what works and doesn't work for me. I've learned to control my freakish eyebrow movements, and have found that when I feel I'm being "over animated" it actually comes across as normal, because otherwise I appear very low energy and boring. Delivery does not have to be perfect, I think viewers appreciate authenticity and realness versus a fake polished performance.
