What happens if the hospital didn’t bill part A and it’s past 12 months?

Most Medicare Advantage plans waive the 3 day stay for SNF. Regarding pre-auth, it's not the plan that sometimes is a problem. it's the delegated medical group you select (the group where your primary care physician works). If authorized are difficult to get, change to a different group. Some are like the "sphincter police, " and others ate very easy to work with, i.e., easy referrals and aiths. It's like any relationship. You have to shop. I'd rather enroll in a zero premium, zero deductible, low to no copay and no paperwork Medicate Managed Care plan (HMO), than Original Medicare any day of the week. ...I've worked in Medicare Managed Care Plan Product and Compliance since 1997.

Good information right here. Quick question, I was admitted today in the hospital for a foot infection and surgery tomorrow. They're keeping me for at least 4 days or longer. With my Part A, is the deductible alI I will owe ? What about all the doctor's checking in on me, nurses, etc and all the tests? Are they separate bills ? Or is the deductible amount cover everything ?
