Small initial steps for young robots but big gains for the 4.0 industrial revolution by 2030+

I like the "Speed vs. Human - 16.7%" - This is a very easy yet helpful metric, great work!

The slow walking movement & motion of Fig. 1, gives me more than enough time to run, when Fig. 1 decides he wants to Terminate me! 😆😂

I'm more impressed with the camera technology used to shoot these things.
Movies should use it.

the thing with humanoid robots is that they dont need to sleep (work 24/24), they dont have Union (yet), they don't go on strike or demanding higher salary or better working condition. This robot would be super popular in France where strike and demonstration happen every month in every city.

Super cool! It's interesting that QR codes aren't needed on the boxes but are needed for the conveyer

Ok, I want him to come to my apartment to wash my dishes, mop the floor, take out the trash, feed my cat and do my laundry!

I just want one to follow me around the house and to be able to give me constant shoulder massages/back scratches if I'm sitting at my computer desk or laying in bed

Copying from a reddit post - "If 10's of millions of people are suddenly unemployable, what does it mean to the banks who hold all their mortgages with 10-20-year repayment schedules? Those banks are even more insolvent than they were in 2008. The ripples from that decimate the stock market, house prices, and pensions. AI is inevitably going to cause one of the greatest financial crises in human history."

Took us 4.5 billion years to get here they have been a round for 100 years built on the lessons we have learnt over the past 10 000 - 40 000 years. ❤ let them cook.

Glad to see it was fully autonomous and not tele operated, but how was it told what the task is? Does it need to be trained for each specific task? Would like to see it receive voice commands to carry out different general tasks that it knows how to do.

How cool is that, soon they will be able to carry out all the general tasks that humans do, and then we won`t need human beings at all. Great work!

Incredible how little progress has been made in 20 years of robotics. Keep up the good work!
