Filing a missing mail report doesn’t do anything except give them reason to deny your claim if the status of the tracking reads delivered.

It’s just pure negligence! Even Amazon and FedEx USPS the negligence on a double checking the address when you sent the package of someone’s door or in our mailbox it’s just stupid! Customer service and accuracy is more valuable than that the time it takes to get the package.

It says package was left in my mailbox, I got mail but no package. They are always delivering other people’s stuff to me and I have to catch them!

I sent my nephew some handmade gifts for his kids, and the tracking said delivered. the post office there was rude and didn't follow policy, and tried to make it so I couldn't make a claim.
I then tried to make a claim online, but was denied twice because I didn't have receipts, because the items were custom handmade items by me, and there's no place for that.
my package was never found, and the issue was never resolved. They really don't care.
I haven't used them to send a package since.

Mine said delivered in mailbox. I live out in country and have lock on mailbox. I never had problems with theft. It would have been safer if they left it on my porch. I was home when they supposedly "left in mailbox" Bec they're too lazy to drive it up to my door. $80 loss now what??

USPS Said they delivered a package to my address and the sender said it was mailed and then i told them i looked at the ring camera the day of and no package when i told the sender then they sent me an email and told me that the order was never sent it was on back order. There has to be some internal affair investigation on USPS Quickly

This is the exact fucking reason I have never ordered any stuff online!. I think they should make it so when you buy something online. They send you the product and then you send them the payment.!! Not payment first.. it's a racket!! Never again will I buy online..

This happen to me before like a year ago where my package would say delivered but i will get nothing then the next day it will arrive. Sucks, but sometimes it takes time and arrive 2days later lol
