Some customers don't want to hear this but often times they are the reason for this issue because of misspelled addresses and not listing apartment and suite numbers. I've seen packages van scanned that upon a quick Google search actually were supposed to go to the other side of the state. Other times when FedEx systems can't pin point an address namely due to new developments they often guess and those also end up on the wrong van and can get bounced around for a few days until it ends up on the right van.

Smh this is so annoying because sometimes you can’t just replace the item . Sometimes ppl can be irresponsible. I get it ppl are overworked, or get very busy and things just happen . But when you call customer service they are like no big deal, yeah because it’s not your stuff .

UPS actually lost my package... $3, 000 down the drain. Insurance was on the package but apparently they don't pay out more than $500 for jewelry. Thanks UPS for losing my watch.

Every time I get a notification that a package was sent from a company via FedEx I cringe. Never have I had so many delayed packages or damaged packages delivered by any company in my entire life. I absolutely hate FedEx.

Knowing where your Package goes from its Original Place where is shipped, to its Final Destination, is so important. It can definitely know if your Package will be shipped out to you, very timely.

Chris, wasn't that "hidden" package scanned when it was put on your delivery truck? If it wasn't, that's also an issue.

It’s a hectic atmosphere. Mistakes happen. Especially loading trucks in the am. You rarely have time to do a full double check for misloads.

4 individual FedEx packages all 3-4 days behind tracking and supposed to be delivered today when they’re apparently still in transit after the origin scan

My FedEx package tracking shows it departed the Quebec location on feb 13th and was expected to arrive on the 14th. Well now it’s the 21st and no movement nor update. Either the employees are incompetent or scummy thieves. All of the address information was correct and accurate. It’s 20lbs so it’s not possible to be “misplaced”. Fedex did an investigation and are not taking responsibility and said to contact the shipper. Once it’s in FedEx’s possession, they need to be held accountable

I've noticed a lot of drivers fedex, ups, amazon driving around with their doors open. There needs to be an inspection of your truck before and after every delivery to make sure the doors are closed

i am one of the customer reps who receivings calls to resolve our cx complain everyday. hope this video will to let you understand that whenever your packages is still not deliver, we're just basing to the scans in our systems. 😅😅😅

It's so annoying for me because I live in Louisiana and the night before I'll get a text saying your package will arrive tomorrow and then last minute I get a text saying no it's still stuck in Texas tomorrow and that happens every single time

You can talk all that noise you want but I'm guessing someone at FedEx is a thief.

I appreciate this insight very much. I sell custom yard signs with my sister on etsy, and we keep going back and forth with USPS for not updating tracking. We ship with priority mail, so it's just irritating. Especially, when there's an actual due date that the sign is needed. Like, I have a complaint from someone on etsy that they're concerned because they need the sign THIS weekend. I asked to file a claim for all 13 that still haven't moved, but I can't because it hasn't been 15 days yet since shipment. All I can do is put in a service request for 5 of them. 🤦‍♀ I'm usually a pretty kind and nice person to shipment people. I know everyone's low staffed. But it's just annoying that this happens like every single time that we ship with USPS. And now I have to find out how to change our shipping on etsy to UPS. See if things get better that way.

I dropped a package to UPS and the Tracking Number On the Package haven't been Updating ever since so I reach out the them call them and film a claim online later on. however I eventaully stop by UPS store to chat with the employee who scan the package, and they tell me that I can try to stop by the local UPS Customer Center see if the package is still there because many people who lose their package do that, anyway your video is very helpful and insightful, and I learn a lot.

My steam deck is still in transit and the latest travel history was 1:58 AM Left FedEx origin facility and it says it’s coming Sunday 10/2/2022 by the end of the day estimated between 10:30 am - 3:20pm initially expected: Wednesday, 10/5/2022 (early)
Arrived: Tuesday 10/4/2022
