@TampaTec can you help me my ps5 is not letting me onto my log in at all it says go to factor mode no matter what but it juts won’t let me. My console froze during a game made a sound and has kept me on safe mode ever since. I connected to internet and WiFi but didn’t work. I have a usb but can’t download the update to the usb which I think will fix my ps5. Please help

I have that issue I get into safe mode but on my monitor/ tv (tried both) it still says no signal I’ve managed to get into safe mode n reset threw that but still nothing
