as someone who physically can’t use tampons because i have abnormally sensitive reproductive organs and sensitive skin, i have used pads my whole life while playing sports. i play softball (4 years) and horseback ride (10 years) and i’ve never had an issue with using pads personally. i’ve used pads, on a bathing suite, with bike shorts on over. (ONLY IN A LAKE, POND, OCEAN. DO NOT USE IN POOL). I try to avoid swimming in chlorine as much as i can i’m general, but especially when i’m on my period.

I now use a menstrual cup..
I have never looked back..
So much more freedom..
No more Landfill!!

I’ve seen in news and everywhere, basically tampons are quite dangerous something happened with this girl she used a tampon and it went all the way inside her body which was very dangerous sadly she died at 18 or 19? Somewhere around that age and I recommend not to use it cause it can cause death although pads are way safer and I recommend!
