Jim Ramsay, TMS Global's Chief of Global Operations, gives a short introduction to worldview and its significance in cross-cultural work. A worldview is a set of assumptions based on one's upbringing that one perceives reality through.

What makes TMS Global unique is our approach to cross-cultural work or our missiology. Missiology can be a hairy word, but it simply means the study of missions and their methods and purposes.

The Crash Course Series brings together TMS Global's core missiological teachings in brief instructional videos. Each video is but a snapshot of a much deeper topic. We hope these crash courses give you a glimpse into how TMS Global trains cross-cultural workers.
