“That’s because you’re on your own.”

So unintentionally salty that Mike was shocked.

Billy sounds like my local butcher here in AUS. Great advice for what you want to cook, gives you cheaper options etc. Nice guy and thanks for sharing the chat. PS - have Billy on as a challenge with the boys for meat prep.

It’s like we’ve come full circle with a sausage making gadget in a recent video AND SAUSAGE INNUENDO BINGO which is simply an iconic piece of art.

It's making a Silk purse out of a Sow's ear. My Dad used to say that. Not just cockney, Ozzy too

Ebbers attempting a version of the guest's expertise serves two purposes: puts Ben in the normals shoes, which we always love, and it gives the guest a chance to share tweaks and tips.

seems like the chef + normal thing works well for the podcast too! also love that he didn't hesitate to say the sausage roll was dry (and also complimented the flavours)—seems super down to earth like the rest of the guests so far, it's been a great selection ♥

I think we're missing the obvious, Jamie needs to do a work experience with Billy, like how Ben did at Hopper's.

Wow what a fabulous program….i love it so much. Love this format. Here in US we don’t many independent butchers.

Ben just loves to offer his sausage to anybody who would want to taste it

If you want a beer garden, just pop by to a Biergarten in Münich. The German fans can pull off something, I’m hoping.
