Tore mine in soccer. After having surgery and healing, I'm back playing again.

Ever since learning of muscle and tendon tears, I’ve been more scared of that than bone fractures, because it sounds a lot more permanent.

Her acl wasn't weak at all, it's just that her leg was hyper extented and didn't help the landing with the leg muscles

Bruh I tore mine along with almost everything else in my knee for the dumbest reason. The doctors did NOT believe me when I got my MRI results back to having tore my ACL, MCL, LCL, and my meniscus in 3 places as well as partially taring my petallar tendon and causing severe cartilage just from bending down to put my water bottle on the floor. I had to get surgery to repair my ACL and in the process had to get my meniscus removed. It's been over a year since my surgery and the only thing I have to show for it is some scars and osteoarthritis

I did that coming off a ladder. Tore everything in my knee. The most excruciatingly painful surgery I’ve ever had. One year of rehab.
