Lovely room and space, and it'll definitely lend itself to loads of plants!
Something to bear in mind is that your Xbox is going to overheat if it stays where it is whilst being used - they need loads of space around them, especially the top. Speaking from experience, our Xbox sounded like a plane was taking off when we had it in an area that was too enclosed, they can burn out and possibly catch fire if they get too hot.

I think a mini fridge is a great idea as u don't have direct access to kitchen without going outside. Great room, well done😀 looking forward to patio reveal.

Gorgeous and so cosy. Movie nights in Autumn and just think of how gorgeous Christmas will be in this room with twinkling lights, little tree. Perfect. I just loved Roxy curled up on her she looked chilled and exhausted just watching mum & dad organising😍😂. Sofa and chair look perfect x great job x

Perhaps a mini fridge could fit at the bottom of one of the built-ins (proper venting to avoid overheating permitting)? That way it's not taking away from the view but is still accessible for drinks!

It looks so lovely!!! I do hope it will be warm/insulated enough in winter though. The electrical heating looks a bit small for the whole room, especially since the room is not connected to the rest of the house.

You can do eggshell on any wall, it is great since you can clean it.
