We ended up getting over 500 more square footage and two rooms! Full with ac/heat :)

This was extremely helpful to get an idea of how that would work for my home. We're in need of 2 more bedrooms and I wasn't sure if my 2 car garage could accommodate that and approximately how much it would cost. I’d like to see the layout on paper. Is this the garage separated in two with a wall between them? My neighbor did this it cost him $6, 000 with a kitchen and closet. Up north they charge a lot more.
