The second amendment does not state anywhere in the amendment that individuals have the right to bear arms ONLY if the government becomes hostile and has a standing army. It is the right to bear arms AT ALL TIMES, not just during times of tyranny. It is also not confusing as to whether it is militia or citizens because the militia is the states own citizens. They are one in the same.

That's the text of the amendment. Word for word.
It does NOT say, anywhere, or anything, about, "if the government becomes hostile, and has a standing army"
You're just making that up out of thin air.
What are you a doctor of, since you're using the moniker to improve your credibility.
If you are going to say "the Constitution states that"
Then say what it ACTUALLY states. Not your interpretation.
