at 1:42 the president can technically serve 10 years because he can run twice then if he wants to become the vice president after his two terms he can do that. then if the president in office dies or something the vice president can serve two more years in his or her place. so 4+4+2= 10 :)

Stipulations for those who care:
20th Amendment - Changes the date for when new Pres., VP, and Congress start their terms
22nd Amendment - It's 2 terms, but actually 10 years (in cases where the VP has to stand in if the President dies)
26th - Specifically 18 year olds and up. You might also remember that it was the idea that "if they're old enough to fight, they're old enough to vote" with the Vietnam War draft
27th Amendment - Congress can't enact pay raises for themselves midterm. Any pay raise takes effect the next term.
