Here are 2 of the biggest misconceptions in the golf swing cleared up, includes some great drills with Chris Ryan using the GFORCE to quickly get you back on track with your Release & Strike...

Using the GForce Swing Trainer could be the best feedback for your Poor Release and Strike. If you are constantly hitting the GFORCE to the right, it might just be highlighting a terrible fault in your Release and how you perceive to strike the ball.

Try the Scissors Drill, see if you can get the swing trainer to go left and then adjust to achieve the ideal ball flight, make sure you switch regularly between swing trainer and regular club

5 shots swing trainer, 5 shots regular club and then work down the reps, 4, 3, 2, 1 switches, this will help you transfer the Correct feelings over into your normal golf clubs.

The GForce Swing Trainer, the super flexible shaft will help you with Transition, Swing Path, Timing, Rhythm, Tempo and much more + lots of free training and support...

Trusted on PGA tour since 2016 and used by Rory McIlroy and Pete Cowen and his team, it's the strongest most flexible shaft in the world, and you can hit balls flat out..!

Our latest version is the only USGA approved "Standard Weight" swing trainer in the world and legal to carry and play on the course, it looks feels and performs just like your regular clubs, so you can easily transfer swing training feels back over to your regular golf club for quicker results.

omg, this is so well explained. I have had gforce for a couple of years now, never felt the release this way. I think this explaination is clearer than Stuart himselves' 😄

Interesting to hear Chris Ryan's take on releasing the club. I usually focus on throwing the handle and hands straight down to the ground from the top to hip high down with good results, and the release automatically takes care of itself. I may experiment with his suggested release, and see if it adds benefit. Thanks for sharing the video.

At about 2.21 he mentions that he is pulling back with his lead hand. This is a move mentioned by Henry Cotton years ago when doing his tyre hitting exercise. It is rarely mentioned, although all good golfers do it but obviously don’t feel it. It is effectively the club be used as a lever through impact ( the release) where the hands act against each other not as a unit. This may also account for the deceleration of the hands that is now recognised but is very rarely explained.
This area needs more “ research “ as it is totally ignored in modern teaching. Cotton summed up the game as “ you are only as good as your hands”. But we don’t have force plates for the hands so modern golf ignores them, worst still, tells you not to use them.🏌️‍♂️😀
