The section where he sings 666 and doesn't do all 6's is for crowd participation, he wasn't winded, he still does that today.

Hallowed Be Thy Name is a little different with Nicko on the drums instead of Burr, more so later on in Rock In Rio 2001.

Running Free is a masterclass on audience participation.

Yeah, I mentioned on the other video about the vocal on this one, and on Revelations, there is another one on this same concert: Run to the Hills. I am a hardcore Maiden fan and this record was played constantly, the thing is, Bruce's vocals on these three songs sound as if he puts a lot of effort into reaching what he usually does live; I take into consideration that this Live After Death tour lasted about a whole year, and for that, I have a bunch of respect on Bruce Dickinson, not easy, all the smoke from cigarettes, weed, change of temperature because the concert was at Long Beach Arena, at a coastal city... so, there it is!!

But I feel drawn towards the chanting hords, 🤘🤘🤘 I believe Gengis Kahn is only available on bootleg there was a show recorded in Nagoya Japan in 1981. It's titled Maiden Japan "full" on YouTube It's a bootleg recording but sounds great. There is another full recording also from 1981 in Tokyo sun plaza I have on bootleg CD. "Thing is this live recording is the same recording but given two different locations in Japan so not sure which location is right, YOU MUST LISTEN TO Running Free and Driffter are INCREDIBLE.

The complaints about vocals are more his style here. During mid-late 80’s Bruces vocals was not optimal. Mostly due to heavy touring. He had to keep them a bit basic. Its more shouty. During this tour they played 5-6 shows a week for over a year. 🤯

I much prefer post reunion Bruce vocals where their tours were less demanding. And he had more vocal training.
