When I was younger, I used to bite my nails and eat them out of habit. I used to think that when I swallowed a nail, it would fall on top of my heart, puncture it, and kill me. I don't think that anymore, but then again, I don't eat my nails anymore either, so I'm safer regardless.

Okay so, I spend the whole day in the bed, I don't exercise, I drink a ton of coffee (except that mine is more like liquid coffee candy because of all the sugar), I usually skip breakfast and I sleep really late and wake up at 09:30 ~ 10... why am I still alive???

You should look into intermittent fasting. Basically its 16 hours out of the day that you dont eat and 8 hours that you do eat. It improves brain function, mental clarity etc. theres alot of benefits to it. Thomas delaur is really smart on this subject. I just didnt want you to not know that skipping breakfast isnt really all that bad for you.

I know some people who don't wash their hands at all. One of them was my roommate, and the other was my mother's co-worker who thought not washing her hands will help them build up immunity. My roommate did the dishes sometimes...but I wish she hadn't.

Drinking large amounts of coffee has actually been shown to have many health benefits, such as filtering toxins out of the liver, and heavily reducing inflammation throughout the body. It also helps to grow synapses in the brain. A recent study came out that said those who drank 4-5 cups of coffee a day were much more likely to have longer lifespans and a much lower risk of cancer, arthritis, and other diseases related to inflammation (which are usually what is most dangerous to older people). If you have a condition related to high blood pressure or heart disease, caffeine may aggravate it, but it isn't usually dangerous for healthy people.. my doctor actually mentioned it to me the other day without me bringing it up lol, but I had already learned about the recent studies since they are pretty poplar now.. that's why I typically drink several cups every morning, but then none after 10 am so I'm not wound up all afternoon and night..

I feel the exact same thing about coffee! I personally will take a tall cup of hot chocolate over coffee any day.

my toes get swollen if I go walking for more than half an hour now. and internal bleeding in the toes. afraid I am going to get diabetes.

Okay, watching this video was really helpful and kinda scary. I'm more sodaholic who never flosses. I tend to sit down for periods at a time in late night movie watching and project making. Basically, where I'm going with here is I'm going to try and control this little 'habit' I've got going on for a while and trying to avoid on going to an early grave.
