Great video!! One video I would love you to make is how to catalog drives. If I have a drive that fails, i would like to know what is on there. A video showing how to do this on all my drives would be so helpful!! 😀

Hi Jay... great video(s). I almost watch all of your videos and tutorials. They are "awesome" !! I learned so much. I'm a Linux user now for some years but I still did not find a good "general" tutorial about transferring files /sharing folders between Linux machines. When to use what? scp, rsync, samba, ftp, nfs and so forth. Which is fast? which is safe? which is easy? which works all the time? Which to use locally? which to use for the internet? etc. ...greetings from Germany. Christian

Thank you for this. I was getting errors like permission denied, file does not exist etc. In any case, this is helpful. I will try the reverse. Thanks again
