I have some data like
1year, 2month, 22days
0 year, 11months, 21 days
0 year, 05 month, 09days


Then I want to calculate with the help of condition,
1. If 1 year+ then the employee is parmanent employee

2.if 6 month+ but less then 1year then result come casual
3.if less then 6 month then result come test employee,

Now what formula I use?

Please help me.
