Aastha Shah did not let vitiligo define her identity. She is someone many people look up to. She's not just an Instagram influencer but also a smart financial analyst at one of India's top banks. Moreover, life wasn't always easy for Aastha. She had a rare skin condition called vitiligo, which made her look different from others.

When Aastha was young, she had to take lots of medicine because of her skin condition. It made her childhood harder than it should have been. People in society would make fun of her, and even her friends and family's comments hurt her confidence.

But Aastha didn't give up. She realized that she shouldn't let her appearance decide how she felt about herself. This was a big turning point for her. Instead of letting vitiligo bring her down, she focused on doing well in school and later, in her job.

Aastha also found a way to use social media for good. She started talking about vitiligo and how it's okay to be different. She wanted to show others that having vitiligo or any other condition doesn't make them any less valuable.

Her story is inspiring because it shows that you can overcome challenges and achieve your dreams, no matter what you look like or what others say about you. If you want to learn more about Aastha's journey and how she turned her struggles into strengths, you should definitely check out her talk on Josh Talks. It's a story of courage, resilience, and the power of believing in yourself.

She is now confident because of her even tone vitiligo. Otherwise it is not easy.

She is strong because she has evenly spread all over body. And she is in a country that defines beauty by fairness of the skin. Getting inspired by these people is just BS. I hope people dont follow richies and get inspired by these kind of influences. Doesnt anyone wonder why she was this much confident when she didnt have evenly spread. She got confident when that became her power "indian benchmark of beauty" fairness.

She's confident cuz...her skin tone is even...and fits in societal beauty on screen it doesn't seem she's having any skin issue.

She did happen to get lucky to get the very rare 100% Vitiligo coverup as unlike her and including me; 99% of us out there who have Vitiligo have it in patches and dear lord is it such a menace to live with in today's society.
But anyways, with age you gain wisdom; if I were in her shoes and would've had the Vitiligo spread all over more evenly; I would've done the same and inspired a lot of others by going on stage and speaking about my struggles but as it stands now in this materialistic world; if you don't stand out from the crowd and are attractive af; you will inevitably not garner the attention that you seek.
A bitter & harsh reality which all of us live with especially those who have patchy Vitiligo; wouldn't wish it over my worst enemy.

Now you are saying beauty doesn't matter because you are beautiful but when you was suffering from that you used to think like that beauty do matter !! It's all about what you have and what you don't have

Three Idiots had a scene where Raju and Farhaan get sad because they assume Rancho failed; but they were devastated when it turns out Rancho actually was the topper. Same goes for this scenario as well. People suffering from vitiligo will be more disheartened now when they see this, rather than being motivated or inspired.

Still in rural India, people with vitiligo are considered kinda 'sin' and not allowed to attend auspicious occasion or allowed to perform religious rites. There are so many myths around this skin condition. We need more awareness around vitiligo and empower ppl facing it.

Honestly i know that she faced soo much before in the starting but now she look really beautiful and the reason what made her suffer so much is now the reason of her beauty and confidence her story made this lines true " whatever happens it does for your good" and "time changes" and this has also inspired so many people including me

Easy to say all this when the vitiligo is evenly covered and not everyone can pinpoint that you have vitiligo. But people with vitiligo will always have that insecurity in themselves. No people or motivational speech can help them. If they can accept it then it's good for them but from what I've seen every person with visible vitiligo, not evenly spread like you, But visible. They always feel that sense of insecurity. And nothing in this world can change that

Summary of story is just focus your self , your skin colour only matter if you don't successfull in your life

I'm so glad that her parents were supportive that's where she got the strength and confidence from because if your family isn't supportive then definitely it would be really hard to accept it

It is easy to give a motivation speech if you have an "undetectable from outside" condition.
