Just like in the real Jake, Evan is the brother of someone called Michael, so that would mean that Jake is NOT the crying child, goldenduo is probably still true, but the second kid isn't crying child.

2)I don’t think it ever mentioned the name of evans brother, but it highly would be Michael parallel, either way though I don’t know still about Evan being a parallel to BV because the only big parallels are the name (maybe)

So there were 3 writers the whole time. The employee (Mike), the ghost writer (Cassidy), the crying child (Evan). That makes some of those conversations make more sense. The nightmares and the 'party was for you' line were referencing the third person, and not Michael.
I'm pretty sure I've figured out what the tally marks in that book mean. All but one of them end in 5, so it's likely they're meant to be a continuous count that adds up to 39. 1983+39=2022. I believe it's meant to be a count of years, giving setting to this book and its conversations. It was started shortly after the bite of 83, and ended shortly before FNaF 3 where Michael went to go hunt down William to try and end things.
