For us, it may be seen as INCREDIBLE AGRESSION. But actually, this isn't a real fight. Just a small sparring-like match between brothers for a mate. They won't really fight each other, becuz they are same coalition.

Male lions are probable the most aggressive of all the big cats due to their nature. How competitive it is for them on all fronts--from territorial to mating. If they're not risking everything defending their pride then they're invading other prides territories hell bent on defeating the pride or coalition members. Takes a lot to be king on the Serengeti.

I remember they conducted an experiment where they had two stuffed life-sized male lions out on the safari land, one with a dark mane, the other light-colored. And all the lionesses were attracted and drawn to the male with the dark-mane.
