The cost for Russia (half of all its materiel) combined with "refurbishments" of using old cobbled together equipment means Russia is close to a breaking point. 1.5 - 2 years tops but probably not that long. Then Russia will essentially have nothing/not much usable materiel left.

The inner circle of Putin is a year older and the big money from Gazprom is not coming. Its a disaster! At the same time if you want soldiers, at contract they get 60.000 USD directly and then 2200 USD per month. Very good money for anyone in Russia! Better than normal salary for electricians and plumbers so winter will be hard for the russians in buildings that is getting problems with water and heating system!
