I know absolutely nothing about beast mode, but my only guess is that he fully snaps and taps into that unknown power he's shown off since he was a lottle baby child, which doesn't really sound like it would meld well with ultra instinct until goku can eventually make it his own ao he can use it with more emotion and less difficulty with said emotion.

If fused with potara then the fusion name would be "Goku"
