Use whatever peppers you want.

I grew a boatload of mild banana peppers in my garden, then smoked and dried and ground them into "smoked paprikee" powder.

It was a wonderful addition to ... everything!

You can also dehydrate any peppers such as chili peppers to make spicy chili powder. It’s simply delicious!

for real parika you need Capsicum annuum which is a different type of pepper

Thats just bell pepper powder lmao. I can eat bell peppers but not paprika, they are different species of pepper.

As a line cook, I’m pretty sure this is a waste of time, money, cleanliness of your air fryer, and would produce a VASTLY inferior paprika.
