CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BALSAMIC RUSTIC BREAD

Ingredients-
3 and half cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Yeast active
1 and 3/4 luke warm water
1 tbsp of chocolate raspberry balsamic or any one you like .

Method-
-Add all dry ingredients in mixer or in mixing bowl if you do not wish to use mixer.
-Add in the water , mix for 1 minute then add balsamic.
-Mix in mixer for 3 mins or 4 by hand. You will want a sticky dough.
-Cover with kitchen towel for 4 to 5 hours.
-Bake at 400 for 25 minutes in pot or Dutch oven covered
-Take off cover to brown the top for 5 mins.
