If I could like this video twice, I would. I just love how simple these exercises are. After only 3 times doing these, I feel much more in control of my shoulders. Felt like a stiff piece of wood for a decade, and I can genuinely feel the release and comfort of not being as tight as it used to be. Thank you.

Sorry, i hit the send button twice on accident. I believe i strained my trap muscle back in 2018. Or it was my rhomboid. Im not real sure which one, but i was unable to move my neck. It was excruciating pain. Added on to that was exactly what you were explaining is that it was my main arm for using my computer mouse for years and years and poor posture. I still suffer daily, but my symptoms are now about 60% better. Its been the most painful 2.5 years of my life. Thank you again for the best videos on you tube!! Keep doing an amazing job Grant!!!

I think I am the 2nd or 3rd viewer on this video. And one of the first to like it! 😊

After over a decade of suffering with this exact issue, doctor visits, MRI, Chiropractic care, this - THIS, is the FIRST time I’ve ever heard of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome!

I’m in tears… from the bottom of my heart (and 1st rib and scalenes - also the first I’ve ever heard of) thank you, for this video and explanation. I feel I’ve just found a great solution to my nonstop pain.

I’ll be looking for a lacrosse ball today!

Big help, thank you! In a future video, would you also discuss sleep positions? I think this is what is causing my TOS. Thx!
