Why not use macvlan instead of disabling whatever is using port 53 on the bare metal host?

Thank you, subscribed! One Question: pi-hole is running in portainer with the Default adlist, when i add more adlists and "update gravity" with "Success!" the number of "domains on adlist" on the Dashboard does not increase. Reason: "List stayed unchanged" Dont know why.
