I have watched a bunch of docs and read papers about Lingams (aka Shiva Linga - it is important to know that "when Shiva dances" creation is first destroyed, and then re-made. So Shiva / Siva is both a creator and a destroyer - essential two sides of the same coin. Also freaky weird to note is that the front of the Cern Collider looks ever so much like the flame motif that surrounds Shiva in sculptures, paintings, etc. No coincidences, Belief-hole-ians.) According to many Indian and Pakistani Physicists who have studied Lingams in sitú, they are thought to be an ancient form of nuclear energy generation. This is why they are often found in waterways, and emerge when the water levels get lower. In contemporary Lingam rituals, water is poured over top of them - physicists believe this replicates the cooling of reactors with water.
