I contrast this report with a video of an Etihad Economy trip which had minimal food and minimal service for a pair of long flights (totaling 24+ hours). And here it is noted that the service wasn't up to standard.
I find it curious that Etihad offers a shower for free (which is horrendously expensive to transport on a plane) and still charges First Class for wifi - which is relatively inexpensive to provide.

I like that we at least get all three class experiences depending on who's flying. It's not just First/Biz class(looking at you Sam Chui) where it seems Economy class just seems invisible.

Have done a flight on A380 first class from Melbourne and it is the BEST 1st Class on offer! Also flew from Abu Dhabi to Paris on 777 in First Class and it was also exceptional! The service is one of the best I have ever come across and the 1st Class experience is fantastic along with the crew!
