A very useful and helpful video. Thanks for posting. Today I wil endure the task of cleaning my carpet. I've had this cleaner for several years - forgot how to use it ( which may give an indication of how houseproud I'm not !! ) but by this afternoon I'll have the cleanest carpet in the street. 😊

This video helped a great deal as purchased this secondary without the user guide...
My question is once the water reservoir is empty do you have to refill as it makes a different sound when empty it also soaks my carpet so not sure if I'm doing everything correctly

According to my instructions the trigger should be operated whilst pulling back the cleaner. This then allows the brush to work the solution into the carpet. Then push the cleaner forward without the trigger held to mop up the liquid. Makes sense to me.

Thank you for the video. It is very easy to follow, not too long and answered all my questions. I had lost my manual and I hadn’t used the machine before( some one else did). I was dreading to start using it but you made my job easy.
Just one question. How did you clean the dirty water tank? I find fibres stuck inside in awkward corners and rinsing with water alone under the tap didn’t help.

How do you clean the water tank ?? Mine is clogging with hair especially down centre. Plus it's not stucking up water well

I have one of these but water keeps coming out after I click the water tank back into place. I have to keep pressing the orange leaver in and out until it stops.
Any suggestions anyone

Try a dirty carpet then you will see the colour of the watrer. His carpet was clean!!!
