What measurements of solution do you put in the tank with the liter of water please? I just baught it but don't want to use too much or damage nothing

when I use mine, there's no dirty water collected in the bottom tank. Any idea why?

Hi do you need to stick to your own vax cleaning solution for this cleaner? I suffer chemical sensitivity so would prefer to use a non scented solution.

Hi water won't release from the handheld part of my vac, it just dribbles out ? Can you help with this

What a piece of F-IN junk. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY...! It wont suck up water no matter what you do. I have to press down on the front and go at a snails pace and it only sucks up a trickle of liquid leaving the carpet P' WET THROUGH. It dumped 2 ltrs of fluid on the carpet and only sucked up a cup full. TOTAL WASTE OF PLASTIC.
