Blow Up Your Chest With Hellsets!

Push your chest to the limit with dropsets, supersets, and what I call the hellset in this chest sesh:
1) dumbbell press: 8-12 reps, 4 sets
2) incline press dropset: single-arm controlled lower reps, 4-6, then standard reps til tech failure. 4 sets
3) banded fly hellset: 6-8 reps, double-to-singles, 6-8 reps double-explodes, 10-second iso-gold. 3 sets
4) Bodyweight hellset: 6-8 reps post pushup, then position-switch pushups til tech failure. 2 sets per side
