What a confidence!! It's not his fault if he doesn't know English, as he definitely has studied in hindi medium.. Because in India, most of the villages education is imparted in hindi.. respect that he could understand & answered in English.

This is the whole point of interview to get rid of his nervousness by putting him in his uncomfort zone and slowly but surely make him feel confident about speaking openly. Have you seen the video completely? in the next half they interviewed him in Hindi and explained the reason of spoken language being English because of Americans presence in the office. Moreover they selected him and promptly told him to try better his spoken English within a month as much as possible. They weren’t rude to him instead they were compassionate about the boys feeling and his urgency for the job. They calmed him down and let him open up a bit about the reality of his nature of job. So lets not criticize anyone guys plz its a request🙏

Brilliant candidate., at least he got the interview. With 4 master degrees from UK in finance and computer science I have applied to many jobs in Dubai as an Office Boy but never got an interview.
