With due respect to the interviewer, people who prepared fr the interview is showing utmost respect meanwhile interviewer taking an interview while sitting in a car is not the sign of respect to these young lads who are there because of the situation of the country

Hello Guys we need to understand this , there is a difference between the live interviews and physical interviews so with the live interviews i can say that they are more worst than then physical since that some of us can't face the cameras

Hello Guys we need to understand this , there is a difference between the live interviews and physical interviews so with the live interviews i can say that they are more harder than then physical since that some of us can't face the cameras ....so many people lack the confidence to answer questions just because they are on live video call, but i can say that preparation is the most important thing, because I also did online interview and there are a lot of questions to answer, you should be speaking fluently in English.

The question, the hire has asked, regarding, the problems was not a very simple question.
There is a whole ITER that you follow, to solve these kind of issues, you have you first sort out from start what has happens and the you can determine how it will end.

Problem related to the food quality.
In case if the food is not as per the quality standers then it should be replaced imminently at least.
The behavior has to be very positive and the related manager has to be inform about the incident.

Further more if you are you are as well dealing with the till management then this is another segment.
So at this stage, if guest is not willing to pay even tough the service has been updated, then you have to follow the company's policies regards the this specific incident.

If there's no company policy, the you better have sono knowledge of civile rights.
Off course it's guest right to review the service and the food and it's your responsibility to fullfil your moral agreement but if any of the party is not willing to fulfill then the can give push to the civil proceeding.
In this case you as an employee can't initiate the process but the company, but the ring you have to do is to stay in your limits, keep a positive contact and keep the situation calm.
In case if the guest went away, then that another thing the you have all the right to call the cops, you you self expect if there's any other guide Lind from the Company.
This action is considered as a theft.
But if there's not as i.have mentioned above the, you better fulfill your responsibility and don't let a guest to make fool.
The have to pay, but if the refuse to pay then there's not that you can Force them to pay but to follow the civile right stuff.
In case if the costumers is a good person the the moral dusty is to make the guest more comfortable, offer them the even best possible service, better, take action toward the persona responsible an make the guest believe that his/ complain matter's.
Offer the a discount, especially if the are your regular costumers and write them a personal note, excusing and informing them about the progress by inviting the against and assuring the to offer best possible service.
Costumers are the resource, you have to be someone to make the comfortable, the restaurant businesses is a public e service so if you are not eager to be best the there's no chance that your business will grow.

It's depends, all on the idea of business, investors.
Mostly business don't thing about these things.

This was funny! It's pretty easy when an arab national takes interviews as they are also not good with spoken english.
ALL THEY SEE IS
1 - Good communication skills
2 - Confidence
3 - Random situation to check IQ standard
4 - Grooming
5 - Maintain a calm and smile outlook with the interviewer

Manpower should train their candidates on these aspects. These skills are very important not only to clear the interview but also to sustain in the hotel industry and further growths.
