I have the earbuds and I love it.... The only real problem I have is the foam ear tips mine just tore apart after 3 months... Tips don't cost much so it's fine... They could have provided silicon tips in the box too since it's Sony's premium tws ..
Still a great earbuds

Memory foam buds absolutely suck! As do these headphones as they commonly have malfunctioning batteries making then useless because they don't charge or hold one.

Not recommended buying this models..it sounds good but majority we had battery drain issue..you gonna replace the new battery on it or claim the 1 year warranty.

i have them, . only problem i am facing is that when i turn the volume up by 70%, the bass somehow dampens. any fix for that?

I bought one of these on Amazon, loved it but then after a couple months the battery quiqly began to die. It reached a point where it didn't last 10 mins on my ears and now I'm super frustrated because it's supposed to be a great product and last longer than that, besides its price. So, if you want one of these, just be aware that this might happen and I've seen other people reporting the same issue.

2 years later the battery stopped working as it should, now I only get an hour of usage even though I charge them completely. BE CAREFUL

Do not buy this, needs to be replaced a second time in one year with Bluetooth and heating issues and my retailer can't replace it so I got the refund, But the time I used so far it provided a great quality sound. In the long run, this is not a good choice. Sony needs to do better.

DO NOT buy these!! Waste of money! Mine's left earbud battery dies after 10 minutes and the right one dies after 30min of usage after like 5 months of use, and I didn't even use them on a daily basis!
