I have these and I am very pleased with them but over six months the ear tips cracked. I need replacement tips but don't see them available at retailers.

Enjoyed it for months but recently after some firmware update, battery on one side of the earbud drains way faster than the other, it takes less than an hour for the right earbud to go totally out of battery.

I am uaing for nearly more than 1 year, sound quality is super...but call quality is worst...50 dollar hradphone can do better tham this sony wf 1000x4
