Boneless V. Bone-in Chicken Wings

Agreed, but i dont trust wingstop and other chains to fry up a drum/flat. Too many times i’ve seen it undercooked. If im at a chain boneless is just the safest option

A good bone in is like a steak. Boneless is like a burger. Both similar and good in their own way but when the steak is done right, the steak always beats the burger.

This is pure facts. Personally, I prefer bone in the vast majority of the time, but boneless has its pros. It’s healthier because it’s chicken breast, harder to mess up like you said, it’s cheaper and it’s less messy. I still usually get bone in though because chicken wings are maybe my favorite food and the flavor on some good bone in wings is unbeatable.

I honestly prefer the crunchy, flour dredged or battered boneless over the bone in, mainly bc I bit into a bone in wing as a child and will never recover from the textural nightmare 💀

I favor more towards bone in, but boneless is my go-to option most of the time. I'm usually out a lot for work, so boneless is a good option when on the road IMO. So, I don't have to deal with a lot of excess afterwards.
