For node, use nvm for different versions. For mysql docker is best

Okay, so I would LOVE to just take my Samsung Galaxy phone to work with a wireless keyboard and mouse and use Dex. But I don't want to install npm, MySQL, and composer on my Android device. Does this solve that problem? Or is it STILL containers on my local machine (my phone on this case)?

Yeah only if you are using Linux. Docker and Apple Silicon don't really mix.
