How to sew a lined Christmas stocking (free pattern)

In this video, I'll show you how to sew a quick and easy lined Christmas stocking with a cuff. For years, I've searched for the perfect stocking shape and last year, I think I finally nailed it. That's right, I've been saving this tutorial for a whole year! If you've been following me for a while then you might know that I like a sewing project to be as simple to construct as possible and this stocking fits the bill. In fact, there are only three main steps and you'll have your own handmade Christmas Stocking.

I am cross stitching Shepherd's Bush stockings for my grandkids and am going to make my own pattern for the stocking, because the size of the finished cross stitch is kind of odd. Easier to stack the main fabric, right sides together, then the lining on top of that with right sides together, and sew all at once.
