Bo staff is what got me into martial arts, my favorite trick is a spin where I weave it between my fingers on a single hand! I haven't seen anyone do the trick before so I don't know how rare it is because I doubt I came up with it but it's addicting to do lol

Awesome video, I will be able to learn from you. I am a visual learner and you break it down in easy ways. Are you TKD and if so, is this the first kata for the Bo to learn. I am just getting back into TKD as I have been out for awhile. You are a great instructor the one thing I had trouble with is hearing you. There is a large echo in the room. You are better than some of the other videos I have seen. They intend to fly through their teachings. You take the time. I greatly appreciate it.
