Auto does not automatically or often solve these problems. Is this a joke? This is what resmed has for its customers. A long intro to “turn on auto” wow enlightening

UGH. I'm just on my 2nd night

Resmed Aircurve10. Humidity setting is on auto and I am waking up every 2 hours with my mouth feeling like the sahara desert.

i tried with and without humidity and i still get extream dry my mouth to the point i'm chocking

Biotene make toothpaste, mouth wash and oral gel for dry mouth. If I wake with dry mouth I rub a little gel around my mouth with my tongue. Its worth having a product on standby that protects your teeth for the occasional dry mouth night. Fess also has similar products.

Not helpful..was looking for a number, not to put it on a setting(auto) that I don’t have

I have a air sense 11 and just like the 10, I cannot get the humidifier to work. I’m on 8, the highest setting. Wake up to a full tank. No rainout either. I tried asking about the climate air hose that you buy separately and apparently they don’t even sell it because it’s so new. Why put in a manual the climate air 11 if you don’t even sell it?

mine is on auto and still I get the dry mouth. I hate it, I feel like I don't want to use it any more

Sore throat every day. Have tried everything, only thing that stops it, is waking up multiple times to drink water and put in saliva discs. Otherwise sore scratchy throat all day.

This is a problem doctors need to educate patients on more. I know I need a sleep apnea machine, but it is severely damaging my teeth from dry mouth. I turn the humidifier to max & wear a chin strap using a nasal mask. That is my experience & check w/ your doctor as each of us is different. I know its a controversial area as both situations can be quite serious.

I am nearing the one-year mark and suddenly I can't stand wearing it anymore. After a few hours I have to take it off. My mouth is so dry I can barely open it enough to take a sip of water. I have it on auto and my tank is empty after a few hours.

It's funny that supposedly people at cpap are auditing it and yet nobody's calling to find out why suddenly I've gone from using it 10 hours a night to two.

CPAP is such a rip off. I don't know why Medicare is made to pay so much money for such tiny supplies. What a racket for the companies who make the supplies.

But I'm glad I guess that they aren't available over the counter because then they'd still be roaringly expensive except Insurance wouldn't pay. On the other hand I have so many extra things that Medicare has paid for and I bet all of us have.

Wtf how is this not everytime I try to do manual settings I end up with water gurgling in my windpipe. If anyone has figured this out please let me know

auto made the air so warm and humid it felt like I'd walked into a steam room only made it one night like that. It was so hard to breathe air that moist.
