I felt like i was drowning when i had severe covid, clawing for breathe and panicking when I couldn't fill my lungs no matter how hard i strained my chest and diaphragm to take air in. My mails were pale and I was frequently dizzy and close to fainting often.
Now I know why and it really helps me come to terms with the trauma which lingers from those few weeks of hell.
Im sure other people who are like me will feel much more aware of how covid affect them as weve been in the dark about the in depth effects of it. This program is quite remarkable.

The shortage of breath was probably the worst part of post-covid for me. Even small things, such as walking up a pair of steps or bending town to lace shoe-laces was felt like running marathon and left breathing like a angry rhino. Took like 5 days until I could walk a short round around the block. But that short period of time made me appreciate life more, and not worry over small things. So in a way it was a good thing too

Funny how different organisms react differently. The PCR test told me I got covid but didn't feel a thing. But then again I never caught an influenza or severe cold (or maybe I did but never got seriously ill) so I guess whatever I'm doing it's working?

Had it twice, both times very mild symptoms, like a severe chesty cold and no sense of taste or smell, did have a severe Kidney infection both times as well, connected, who knows? Did over 40 years of smoking and all the tar protect the lungs from more damage?
