Solving Indeterminate and Undefined Limits Using Algebraic Simplification| Calculus

In this video, we cover three different approaches for solving indeterminate limits. In the first example, we use factoring method for solving the indeterminate limit in which we face zero over zero. In the second example, we use combining fraction method to solve a limit with the case of undefined minus undefined (1/0). It should be noted that the limit in the second example can be infinity minus infinity if we approach from right side, so it is actually recalling one of the indeterminate cases. In your exam, check for the right and left side and then fully judge if it is either undefined or indeterminate. The last example covers zero over zero case with the rationalization method which uses multiplication with conjugate pair.
