Easy Pancit Malabon Recipe | Pancit Malabon

Pancit Malabon is a filipino noodle dish which originates from Malabon City, Philippines. It uses thick rice noodles coated in rich and vibrant sauce and loads of toppings.

250g Garlic (minced)
8pcs Onion (medium size)
100g Atsuete seeds + 500ml water
750g Ground pork (pre cooked)
1kg Squid (cut ring shape)
500g Mussels (no shell)
1kg Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
10pcs Boiled egg (grated)
750g Chicharon (crushed)
300ml Fish sauce
50g Seasoning
2.3L Shrimp broth
600g Napa cabbage (blanch)
100ml Cornstarch / flour
3kg Rice noodles (pre boiled)

GARNISH

5 stalks Onion leaks (sliced)
500g Calamansi
250g Crushed chicharon
5pcs Boiled egg (sliced)

Good for 30 to 40 servings
