Didn’t work and similar to other users I am now unable to book into windows as well. I would try the cmd commands to resolve but I get sent straight to the “grub rescue” prompt. Is anyone able to assist?

Please don't follow this video. I thought this would help me but when I try to start my laptop now, it's light just blinks and it doesn't start. I have to start is manually by opening the BIOS setup. Fix my problem "Ask Tuber", you have a responsibility on your hands. Don't share anything on internet without knowing how it actually works and what its adverse effects may be. Fix my problem right now!

Edit: The problem was fixed when I reverted the changes by running the following command in cmd with admin privileges:
bcdedit /set {bootmgr} path

But still as I said, your problem may be different so dont just execute the command even I gave you, consult an expereinced person online or offline first. That said, my problem was fixed by the command I have given here which I got to know from ChatGPT.

Wish you best of luck but be careful of this method as you can lose your files.. I recommend reinstalling the Kali or the os again and taking minutes to read each process 👍

Almost lost my files using the method but was able to recover…
