My mom is a nurse and i fell really hard on mine it turned so swollen I had an extra knee cap!! It hurts REALLY BAD I was crying in the shower and on tye coach I want to go to a hospital and not wait until it go away even if it is from just a bad brussee it hurst really really bad!

I tripped and had a bad fall last August 2020, it swelled up big. My Doc gave me excersises that made it worse so I had an xray showing it full of fluid that was removed. It's still swollen but not so bad, what excersise should I do please?
